It's basically a gap between the psp go and your headphones so if you are listening to music you don't have to have the go on you. It controls the psp as well so you can lock it and control it using the adaptor. I looked on the offical uk playstation website yesterday and it stated that it was released on Monday! But no one seems to have it.
